We offer man-to-man, patient-to-patient support for prostate cancer survivors — a community led by experience, not medical offices. With nearly 1,500 men, our members share real-life wisdom about treatment, recovery, and life beyond cancer. Guided by our motto — Strength to fight. Courage to care.

The PC Tribe story began in November 2021, sparked by one man’s simple act of courage. Tracy Morgan recognized that too many men facing prostate cancer were enduring their battles in silence — grappling with questions, fears, and frustrations they couldn’t easily share. He decided to change that.
"All I did was push a button," he often said. "You guys are what make it work."
What Tracy initiated was more than just a group; it became a brotherhood. It is a space where men can lower their defenses, speak their truth, and find strength in one another. While treatments for prostate cancer may arise, they aren’t the focal point. What truly matters is being present, sharing wisdom, and standing shoulder to shoulder through every challenge.
This spirit has become our guiding motto: "Strength to fight, courage to care." It serves as a reminder that true strength isn’t solely about battling prostate cancer — it’s about standing together, uplifting one another, and having the courage to care for our fellow men throughout the journey.

At PC Tribe, we believe the journey through prostate cancer is easier when you’re not alone. Our members connect across the globe through:
Camaraderie grows naturally as men bond over shared challenges, celebrate milestones, and offer encouragement only someone who’s walked the path can give.
Care is at the heart of everything we do. Once a year, we come together at The Rendezvous near Kansas City, strengthening friendships face-to-face and renewing our commitment to stand beside one another.
Whether online or in person, our brotherhood offers connection, camaraderie, and care — reminding every man that he is never alone.

A prostate cancer diagnosis can feel isolating — with the PC Tribe, no man faces it alone. PC Tribe is a virtual brotherhood for men living with prostate cancer. Founded to help men share their journeys, support each other, and reclaim strength, we provide a safe and understanding space whether you’re newly diagnosed or a long-term survivor.
